"I do love the fragrance, but I will not use it again for CP soap. No discoloration, but riced moderately and accelerated, so it was difficult to blend smooth. The Rose Petals works much better for CP soap."

I am wondering if this particular fragrance would be safe to use in a lip gloss? I have a customer asking for a rose scented lip-gloss.
This fragrance is not lip safe.
Can you provide a specific amount of fragrance oil I need for one 3 oz candle? Is it 1 1/2 tspn?
If you want to add 10% fragrance to a 3 oz candle, you would add 1.8 tsp.
