"Nice sea grass sent" | ||||||
COMMENTS: enjoyable. many "beach" type scents have the same fake smell, but not this one. it has notes of sweet beach grass on a warm day, and it worked very well in foaming hand wash. I might try adding some wood notes to it in my next batch, and see how well it blends with other scents. not sure I picked up much on the "herb" component, but that is ok by me.

"It is a nice, natural, original scent but beware "
COMMENTS: I like this fragrance, it's natural and fresh. I gave it a chance with cold process soap and it did rice, but not as badly as other flower-based fragrances. It's still curing in the mold, but it has a nice rustic look from the mild ricing (it makes little dots of color if you use multiple colors. It is certainly usable soap and I might sell these as "rustic" bars as the fragrance itself is so clean. I may try it in one of my dry oil sprays or a conditioner or in a melt and pour soap.
