Great in CP soap

"I'm not sure if this product was ever designed to be used in CP soap but it works great. I comes out a nice translucent bright yellow color, just like stained glass. I will say that it has to be mixed very well in a little base oils before adding to batter. It is a little difficult to disperse but definitely worth it. I have used the color in a tilted tiger swirl and haven't noticed any migration or bleeding."

Perfect!

"This dye is very easy to dissolve in water. A little bit of this goes a very long way. I've used in it melt & pour soap and my body sprays with no issues at all."

Perfect Bright Yellow

"This would be the perfect bright yellow for sunflowers. It does look orange in the jar and even when you add it to water. I promise it turns yellow when you add it to the soap."

True Lemon

"I was challenge with getting yellow to show in my opaque bases. Lemon stained glass powder to the rescue. This is a very versatile color and just a speck or two in my white bases, adds a nice lemon yellow color."

Stained Glass Lemon Yellow powder color

"I used this in HP soap and thought it would be like any other colorant, but was so surprised to see how vibrant and rich it came out. So happy with this. Not a creamy yellow, but more like stained glass. Very classy. I also used it in coloring bath bombs and was very happy. You need about half the amount or less than other colorants, mica's. Seriously, you only need a dab. Very happy with this."

Q&A

Am I correct in assuming, that your stained glass colors, purchased in small amounts other than bulk, are not to be used for resale? They have to be "batch certified", which you only do for bulk orders?
You are correct. Only the bulk size in the Stained Glass dye powders are certified for bath bomb use. You can use the stained glass liquids. These do not need certification since they are mixed into a base.
Why isthisnotavailableany longer in a smaller amount? I loved all the stained glass powders for making bath bombs and now I see they are only available in bulk.....so disappointing.
These powder dyes have been discontinued. This is the only amount that we will offer as this would need to be special ordered from our supplier.
I'm pretty certain that I bought several of the stained glass powders in small quantities. Don't you do that anymore?
We have discontinued the powdered stained glass dyes and only offer them in a 176 oz. bulk size.
Are these Batch Certified?
The only size that is batch certified is the bulk size or 176 oz. size.
If used for Bath Fizzies for the purpose of tinting the water, how much do you recommend to use?
We do not have a set amount to add to a bath fizzy. If you look at the pictures (Images) for this color, you will see the last picture of a bath fizzy we made using 1 ml of color to a 4 oz. bath fizzy.
