Nice unisex scent, accelerates, discolors
"I loved this fragrance OOB. Once CP soaped, the smell of rosewood not as distinct almost verging on the scent of lavendar. I used recipe of 23% olive oil, 25% coconut oil, 33 % tallow, 10% castor oil, 5% sunflower oil, and 4% shea butter. I soaped at 108 degrees. After emulsion, I added nurture soaps brown mocha mica & seisso red for a beautiful reddish brown (like rosewood. . ). I added the Rosewood fragrance and stick blended to a pretty light trace. I poured it into the mold, it was like a very thin cake batter. There was still about 1/4 cup of batter left in the cup. I set this aside and started working on a different color for the next mold. I looked over, and the reddish brown soap had turned a sangria or plum color (still a nice color but not reddish brown. ) I looked at the 1/4 cup leftover in the cup, it was the texture of shea butter at room temperature- so hard but soft enough to mold with fingers. I quickly scooped chunks out with a metal spoon and dropped into a small mold. I poured the other batters around it (white and - irony- reddish brown. ) So, I was able to use what I think was a seized batter. Looked great unmolded (the other batters had merlot fragrance), so they complimented each other. In less than 10 minutes or so, the plum/sangria soap had a very thin greyish coat on top. I sprayed it with alcohol. I don't think it was soda ash, though. I'll see what happens as it cures. I will continue to experiment with this Rosewood since it has a nice, unisex scent (a little lavendar but more woodsy. ) But, definitely, must pour REALLY thin."

Seized up in cold process is an understatement!!
"Turned my batter that I have made 10 times with exact same recipe to rock! Smells great but ruined a very expensive beer batch! Not happy. 2nd scent used from WSP and 2nd time disappointed!"

Summer Ale
"I'm not a beer drinker, but I really like this scent. I don't think it smells like beer, but perhaps real summer ale beer doesn't have that distinct beer scent either. Everyone who smells the soap likes it. I bought the FO, because I thought that name/scent would appeal to men."

Very crisp and refreshing.
"I received this scent in the Beer Lotion for Men kit. It is VERY light and citrus scented. I like the Oatmeal Stout better in this kit, but this worked well as more of a spa type scent for a woman."

Yummy!
"I love this scent. Sweet lime and ale. Neither scent over-powering the other. Definitely a rebuy!"

Spot on, refreshing smell!
"I didn't know what to expect from a beer fragrance, but the aroma was amazing, clean, not overwhelming, but definitely smelled like a light summer beer! Big winner!"

Definately accents actual beer in beer soaps
"This is one of my hot sellers in my shaving soap line. Light and very effervescent. What a lot of people don't realize/know is that 'beer fragrances' work best when u are using them to highlight actual beer in a beer soap. On their own, the scent of beer is not very strong, but when u put beer into your soap as your liquid (or in the case of M&P, put a large pipette of flat beer in while batching), the beer and ale FO's accords are magnified. This fragrance brings to mind exactly what it says - a beer in the summertime."

Great white ale aroma!
"I used this fragrance in a white IPA (Blue Moon Ale) and it suits it perfectly! I would describe this as a sweet scent that is nicely balanced with citrus zest and toned perfectly with the bitter - in a nice way, as I said. It's complex but not complicated! Since I had read from others that this fragrance accelerates, my plan of attack with this fragrance was to formulate an 80/20 oil and butter blend (soft/hard), use full water (or in this case beer) amount, soap at room temp, and use a loaf mold. Although it still accelerated somewhat, it was not too bad compared to the description others provided in their reviews. I also had time to split the batch, adding some honey to one part and a slight touch of TD to the other half, achieving a nice 'sunny' swirl effect = because of my adding the honey and TD, I cannot really say about discoloration but if there was any, it was very little. Despite the acceleration this fragrance causes, in my opinion it is definitely worth a try!"

Nice Scent
"If you're looking for a summer shandy type scent, look no further. It has that fresh citrus peel edge that's distinct with shandy type beverages. Could possibly work as an IPA scent"

Great stuff!
"I used this scent in some beer soap I made for the first time. I used a dark beer that gave off some yeasty smells and combined with this fragrance, it was so good! Getting more for sure."
