"This was my very first time making these bath fuzzies. I love the scent that was chosen to go along with this kit. It was absolutely beautiful and smells like heaven. I must say it was an easy kit to follow along with. However the only issue i had was when it was time to test it out it did not fuzz like I wanted it to bubble up. Is mineral oil and petrolatum bad ingredients for the face?: Mineral Oil and Petrolatum can be effective for moisturizing and protecting the skin, but they may not be ideal for everyone
can you add essential oils or ftagrance oils?: You can but i advise to look at the IFRA guidelines before adding the eo/fo to the product.
Can a different lotion base be substituted for this recipe? If so, is there one that would be recommended or work better than another to maintain the lightweight consistency? Thanks!: You might try the Gentle Face & Baby Cream as an alternative lotion base. Head to Toe Lotion would also make for a nice alternative.

What can I add to make this lotion a little thicker?: This is just the nature of this lotion base, and it is hard to thicken it up without taking away from the after feel. You can try to add a very small amount of Cream of Tartar or a harder butter, or we recommend using a different base. The Gentle Face & Baby Cream base is a lot thicker.
