"I use my oils primarily as blends for diffusers, and this really works well for meditation, although it weirdly both relaxes and energizes me at the same time. The citrus and exotic scents wake me up, but the rest is calming and puts me in a quiet, restful state. It also has a sweet, almost herbal smell that's practically edible, it smells so good. It doesn't seem to last long, though."
