About This Recipe:

Epsom Salts, Crafters Choice Work Out Tea Blend, Black Sea Salts and Patchouli Essential Oil make up this relaxing muscle soak.

• (1) 1/4 cup Measuring Cup

  1. In glass bowl, place 16 oz. of the European Spa Salts, 1`6 oz. of Epsom Salts and 2 oz. of Black sea Salts.
  2. Drizzle .25 ounces of Patchouli Essential Oil and toss with spatula to mix well.
  3. Lay salts out on waxed paper or jelly roll pan to dry.
  4. Place 2 ounces Bath Tea in large glass bowl. Add dried spa salts and mix well.
  5. Turn iron on to medium setting.
  6. Open one end of large bath tea bag. Place 1/4 cup of bath tea mixture into bag.
  7. Iron open end of tea bag shut. If bag is not sealing, raise temperature on iron.
  8. Continue to mix bath tea blend while filling so salts do not settle to the bottom.
  9. Continue until 21 bags are filled.
  10. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Place one tea bag into warm water.  Do not put directly under running water as this may break open the bag.  

Ingredient Label: Magnesium Sulfate, Sea Salt, Activated Charcoal, Rosemary Leaf, Peppermint Leaf, Spearmint Leaf, Sage, Patchouli Essential Oil.
