- To a melt and pour funnel pitcher, add 15 oz. cut up soap. Heat in microwave until completely melted.
- To another melt and pour funnel pitcher add 15 oz. of cut up soap. Heat in the microwave until completely melted.
- Mix .30 oz. rose kaolin clay with 1 oz. of glycerin in a small bowl, blend until there are no clumps.
- Add .25 oz of fragrance and .15 oz of sea buckthorn extract to each pitcher of melted soap and stir well.
- Add rose kaolin mixture to one picture of soap and stir well.
- Pour a small amout of the rose colored soap into the the uncolored melted soap and stir well.
- You will want to just slightly color the other soap, so there is a contrast to the colors.
- Place plastic mold on a cookie sheet. This will give the mold stability so it can be moved.
- When soap has cooled to about 130 degrees, with a pitcher in each hand, begin to pour both soaps into the mold together. As the soaps blend together, they will create a swirl affect.
- Spritz top of soap with rubbing alcohol and let soap set up for about 5-10 minutes. Then place mold in refrigerator or freezer to completely harden, about 30-60 minutes. This will also make it much easier to unmold the soap.
- Remove mold from refrigerator and turn over onto counter. Gently press on each soap cavity until it releases from the mold.
- Once all soaps have been made, wrap in airtight packaging.
- Label product accordingly.
