This shampoo recipe uses a shampoo base and incorporates ginseng, shea butter and fragrance for a lovely product. Crafter’s Choice Clear Conditioning Shampoo contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine, derived from Coconut Oil, to help control fly-away hair. Ginseng is thought to stimulate the scalp and help to strengthen hair. The Apple Gingham fragrance makes this a perfect match with our Apple Honey Hair Conditioner Recipe.

Step 1

To large measuring cup, add shampoo base. Heat in microwave for one minute. Stir.

Step 2

Add ginseng extract, shea 50 and bubble wash thickener. Stir gently.

Step 3

To beaker, mix fragrance and polysorbate 20 then pour into shampoo base. Stir gently.

Step 4

Add 2 drops red color and blend.

Step 5

Carefully fill each bottle to approximately 8.20 oz. by weight. Let cool.

Step 6

Trim dip tubes to fit bottles and place on the bottles.

Step 7

Label product accordingly.

To Use

To Use: Apply to wet hair and massage to create lather. Rinse with warm water.
