Beach Butter Balm Recipe

About This Recipe:
This butter is sure to make your skin feel buttery smooth. Perfect after a day at the beach or to remoisturize dry skin anytime of the year.

Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• (1) Stove Top or Double Boiler
• (1) Hand Mixer
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Freezer
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Plastic Wrap
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Thermometer

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. - To heat-safe pan, add all butters and heat over very low heat until all are liquid.
- Simmer on low for 20 minutes (DO NOT BOIL).
- Let product cool to around 150°F, then add remaining ingredients and stir into liquid.
- Cover bowl and let product set overnight.
- Using hand mixer, whip for 10-15 minutes or until light and fluffy
- Package into jars and apply lids.
- Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply to skin as often as desired. CAUTION: Product can melt if left in hot car or in the sun. Product should be kept in cool area, if possible.
