Cranberry Luxury Hand and Body Cream Recipe

About This Recipe:

The Crafter's Choice Luxury Hand and Body Cream is a perfect winter cream. It is thicker than most of our other lotions so will really help soften dry and cracked winter skin. The Cranberry Fizz scent makes it a perfect addition to your holiday product line or for gift-giving.   

Recipe Ingredients:

Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Mixing Bowl (32 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Into a microwave-safe mixing bowl, add the Luxury Hand and Body Cream. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds until lotion thins. Do not overheat.
  2. In a small beaker, mix Cranberry Fizz Fragrance Oil and Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Let sit for 2 minutes. Add entire fragrance mixture to lotion and mix well.
  3. Add Crimson Sparkle Mica Powder and blend until lotion is completely mixed with the powder.
  4. Fill jars with lotion to 7.5 oz. by weight. Divide any leftover product between the four jars. 
  5. Let completely cool before applying lids.  
  6. Label product accordingly. 
To Use:  Apply to skin as often as desired.

Ingredient Label: Water, Stearic Acid, Propylene Glycol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerol Sterate, Lanolin, Fragrance, Polymethoxy Bicyclic Oxazolidine, Mineral Oil & Lanolin Alcohol, Allantoin, Tocopheryl Acetate, Aloe Vera Gel, Fluorphlogopite and Iron Oxides, Methylparaben, Urea, Potassium Hydroxide, Chloroxylenol, Propylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide.
