Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet and latex gloves. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
- In large mixing bowl, add 8 oz. baking soda, 4 oz. citric acid and 0.50 oz. arrowroot powder. Mix with wire whisk or gloved hands and break up any clumps.
- In plastic beaker, mix 5 ml fragrance oil with 5 ml vanilla stabilizer. Let sit for 2 minutes.
- Add 0.15 oz. Shea 50 and drizzle over dry mixture followed by fragrance mixture.
- Immediately, mix wet ingredients into dry powders using gloved hands.
- Place Round Ball Silicone mold on cookie sheet. Tightly pack mixture into each cavity.
- Repeat Step 1 and mix in cocoa powder.
- Repeat Steps 2-5 with cocoa bath fizzy mixture.
- Let fizzies harden overnight.
- Carefully remove round bath fizzies from molds.
- Fill three small shallow bowls with raw brown sugar, pink sea salts and shredded coconut for dipping the bath fizzies.
- Cut up 4 oz. of clear soap and heat in microwave until melted. Add to shallow bowl.
- With gloved hands, dip one donut hole (all but the bottom) into clear soap and then in one “topping” rolling around to cover top and sides. Set on cookie sheet lined with wax paper to harden.
- Add toppings to “donut holes” and let harden.
- Package donut holes as desired.
- Label accordingly.
WARNING: Include ‘DO NOT EAT” on product label.
To Use: Place 1-2 bath fizzies into tub under running water.
