Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Weigh 8 oz. of beeswax and place in metal pot for melting.
  2. Place pot on heat source and heat on low until beeswax has completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add 10 ml of Honey Bear Fragrance Oil and mix in well.
  4. Wax can be poured once the temperature has cooled to 150° F.
  5. For the Snowflake, using a metal measuring spoon, add 3 Tablespoons of wax to each cavity and 2 Tablespoons of wax to each of the Bee cavities.
  6. Once the wax has started to harden, place in a freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. After they have set up, place upside down on a covered surface and let set at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  8. Carefully press on the center of each cavity to release the ornaments.
  9. Reheat the remaining wax in the pot and fill the cavities again. You may not have enough to completely fill them all.
  10. While this batch is in the freezer, add the remaining beeswax to the melting pot and heat until completely melted.
  11. Once melted, add 10 ml of Honey Bear Fragrance Oil and mix well.
  12. When wax has cooled to 150° F, pour the next batch of ornaments.
  13. There should be a small amount of wax left after all ornaments have been made. This can be used to attach your ribbon, twine, etc. to the back of the ornament. Dip each end into the melted wax and attach to the back.
  14. Package as desired.
  15. Label product accordingly.  A warning should be placed on label to keep ornaments out of heat or sunlight.
To Use: Hang ornaments on tree or use in car as air fresheners.
