Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
- Cut up 50 oz. of soap. Place in large glass measuring cup and heat in microwave for approximately 5 minutes until melted. Remove and stir to melt any remaining soap pieces.
- To a plastic beaker, add 1.5 oz. of Elderflower Blossoms & Quince Fragrance Oil along with 0.75 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Stir and set aside for a few minutes. Add 0.05 oz. (½ tsp.) Purple Mica Powder and stir to incorporate powder color. Add to melted soap and stir.
- Pour soap into each mold cavity filling all five soap molds (15 cavities). Spritz top of each soap with rubbing alcohol to pop surface bubbles.
- Let soap completely harden. If desired, place in refrigerator to quicken this process.
- Remove soap from molds. Set aside to package later.
- Cut up another 50 oz. of soap and heat in microwave until melted.
- To a plastic beaker, add 1.5 oz. Blackberry & Sugared Violets Fragrance Oil along with 0.75 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Stir and set aside for a few minutes. Add 0.05 oz. (½ tsp.) Pink Mica Powder and stir to incorporate color. Add to melted soap and stir.
- Add fragrance mixture to soap and stir.
- Pour soap into each mold cavity filling all five soap molds (15 cavities). Spritz top of each soap with rubbing alcohol to pop surface bubbles.
- Let soap completely harden. Place in refrigerator to quicken this process.
- Remove soaps from mold. Package as desired. We recommend placing one soap in a cello bag and tying with ribbon.
- Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
