NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. 

1.     To a measuring cup, add Jojoba Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, and Fragrance Oil into a small 
        mixing bowl. Mix well.
2.     Add a few dried rose petals into each bottle.
3.     Pour 2 oz by weight into each bottle.
4.     Twist on tops. Shake bottles to mix in rose petals.
5.     Label accordingly.
