  1. To large mixing bowl, add sodium carbonate, bubble cake hardener and lathanol. Blend with wire whisk.
  2. In plastic beaker, mix fragrance and vanilla color stabilizer. Let sit for two minutes.
  3. Drizzle glycerin, Bubble Up and fragrance mixture over powders. Mix with gloved hands until well incorporated.
  4. Place a clean, empty bowl on scale and tare to zero. Add mixture to get weight. Divide weight evenly between 4 smaller bowls.
  5. Add one powder color to each bowl mixing the color well with gloved hands. Add more color if darker shade is desired.
  6. Place one plastic mold on a cookie sheet. Place a small amount of first color into mold. Going in a circle, place the next three colors one after the other around the perrimeter of the mold. Fill in the inside with color mixture placing them so the same colors are not together. Press down so mixture is packed well.
  7. Place stick into mold so that approximately half is embedded. Cover stick with more mixture being sure to add colors so they are variegated.
  8. Continue until all five molds have been filled. Any extra mixture can be divided among all the bubble wands.
  9. Let sit in molds overnight. Turn molds over and gently press to remove bubble wands.
  10. Package in poly bags and tie with raffia.
  11. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Wave bubble wand back and forth under running water to create bubbles. Let dry between uses.
