Details

Since the tube is made from paper, it is not recommended to use any formulation containing water or water soluble ingredients. Make sure push up disc is all the way at bottom of tube to allow for a full fill. Pour product into tube and allow to cool completely before placing cap on. First initial push up may be difficult, but once loosened it slides nicely!

Stick with ordering complete set

"I ordered a set of lip balm tubes and caps on 11/26, and learned on 12/3 that the caps were back ordered. On 12/8 I reached out to learn when I could expect to receive them. They finally wrote back on 12/10 to say that they canceled my cap order. (Meanwhile I have $50 worth of other useless supplies that I purchased at the same time that are now useless without the lip balm tube caps!) I told them that no one let me know they were canceled so they offered to pay shipping charges if I chose a replacement color. But when I responded with my color choice and asked if or expedited shipping, I never heard from them again. It’s been another two days with no communication. This company is untrustworthy and I will never order from them again."

Can you get this design in 2oz size: At this time, we only offer the 2 oz paperboard tube with the tube cover instead of a cap. The suggestion will be passed along to our purchasing department.
