For melt and pour soap, pour at no hotter than 135°F, cool until hardened, then unmold—freezing briefly and dipping the mold bottom in warm water if needed. For cold process soap, lightly coat the mold with cooking spray, pour at trace, unmold after 24 hours, and cure 4–8 weeks; add sodium lactate if your recipe stays soft. For lotion bars, pour melted mixture (no hotter than 135°F), allow to solidify, then press the back of the mold to release. Wash molds in warm, soapy water and avoid dishwashers to prevent warping.

Really pretty

"I took some almond oil and mica and painted the bottom of the molds then poured my soap batter in them. After letting them harden for about 12 or so hours (I use sodium lactate so they harden faster) I put them in the freezer for a couple of hours and they popped right out and look so beautiful! I'll be using these on a regular basis :) Just an FYI, I have other Milky Way molds and don't use oil or cooking spray for my cold process and they still come out just fine after letting them sit in the freezer for an hour or two."
