"Based on the reviews posted, I decided to buy the 16 oz. I'm so glad I did! My husband even likes it. He said that he smelled pine which I could too. . . not too much, just enough in my opinion. I could definitely detect orange also. Very Christmasy! Do keep in mind that even with zero percent Vanilan, it does discolor to a pale tan, which makes the soap look rustic."
"I get no pine or christmas tree from this scent. I don't even get pinesol but I do get a chemicle smell from it. Not sure if I will even add this to wax to give it a better test."
"This is hands down the best Christmas tree fragrance I've ever smelled! I don't use essential oils in cp soap because the therapeutic benefits are significantly reduced by saponification so I reserve them for hp or mp batches. I'm always on the lookout for fragrance oils that smell as close to eo scent as possible and this one is almost indistinguishable from pine eo. I bought it for Christmas soaps but I'll definitely be using it year round when I want a pine fragrance. No ricing, discoloration or acceleration makes it easy to work with as well."

I used it in CP soap, no discoloration, very slight acceleration. The scent sticks EXTREMELY well. New favorite fragrance of mine and my customers love the soap! Advantages: Stays well in CP soap. No discoloration."
