"The one and only FO I've even been disappointed in from WSP. I read another review that said after a possible reformulation it smells just like desitin baby butt cream, but still gave it a chance because our noses do some crazy things after smelling fragrances all day. . . but, they weren't wrong!! So sad because I've been searching for a dupe and I really wanted to add this fragrance to my collection."

"Been using this fragrance oil for over a year. Just ordered a pound March 2026 and this is NOT what I have been previously using in my body care products. This smells EXACTLY like white zinc oxide medicated (Desitin) diaper rash creme. Very medicinal, nothing like the OG and not even close to the fragrance oil in the past. Please let us know when you have a different lab manufacturing the oils. . . we can tell! And yes, I put it in product and on a paper blotter and everyone I let sample it says the same - white pasty diaper rash creme. Not a good choice for body care & candles- you've been warned!"

"Cloud has been my number one selling fragrance for my body scrubs. I recently ordered two more bottles and the scent is just not there at all. It smells more like alcohol and they for got to put the scent in. I ordered one bottle and then my daughter ordered a bottle and the same problem. We made a batch of our scrubs and low and behold no scent. Im so frustrated as these are very expensive and very loved fragrances. I wont order again unless the problem is fixed. Maybe they changed the formula"
"I love the scent. It's great in room sprays and candles. It doesn't accelerate or rice but the color turns into this yellowish brown color. Even using titanium dioxide and the vanilla stabilizer. I wish it didn't turn into a mustard color."
