"I was prepared for this fragrance oil to rice severely, as the description stated. I planned a simple design, just in case it also accelerated. In the end, it soaped absolutely beautifully! I am delighted. The fragrance is complex and soft. I love it. I would have felt safe to use with swirls as well. Recipe did not include any butters. . . maybe that is one reason it didn't rice? I did use goat milk."
