Love these bags!

"I’ve been using these bags for my cold process soap for years now and I can’t go without them. Some of the bags don’t have knots on the ends and yes, those will unravel and once the cord comes out it’s trash. But, I just go and add my own knots at the end of the string if needed then tie a double knot around the soap. I do reuse these for 2-3 soaps then toss. These are so much better than sisal bags that get all gummy. These rinse clean."

Not a great mold. Too small and not enough relief.

"I had high hopes for these zodiac molds, but they didn't work out at all. First, there is hardly any relief to the design. So, you can't pipe in another color first before pouring your base color. This also made it difficult to paint the relief. The lettering (describing the zodiac sign pictured) below the design is so small that you would have to try and paint it with a toothpick! The depth of this mold is super tiny, 1/4 inch! So the only real uses I would have for this mold is as a soap embed. Using them for Bath bombs would take a lot of work for very little product. The only thing I may do (since I am now stuck with them) is put a bunch of them in a bag and sell them that way. This was a waste of money."

Major Acceleration

"Wonderful scent-my entire house smells incredible but. . . as soon as FO hit my very thin batter it riced and seized so bad all I could do was glop it into the mold with a big spoon."

"I loved the smell of this and was excited to make a batch of soap! And then. . . everything happened. It seized, riced, separated, turned a dark brownish color. Oh well, live and learn!"

Looks like it's time to Rebatch

"SMELLS AMAZING! Does not make amazing soap. I thought 3% vanillin creating dark brown soap would be my biggest problem. This fragrance caused my batter to misbehave in every way possible. Accelerated, riced and separated. I'm sitting here watching the fragrance oil seep out of the top as the loaf heats up. Another battle fought against a misbehaving fragrance added to my list. Perhaps I can find use for it in another product because I really do love the smell."

"REally love this fragrance. Im not a huge fan of musky scents but this one i love. Its sweet and musky. I did find that it had an accelerated trace but not too bad. I do soap hot so this might of contributed. I would buy again."

Smells Nice but Riced

"I soaped at about 120 degrees and it riced. By the time I got it mixed, it was pretty tough to glop in the mold. Smells like Jasmine to me."

Can this FO please be added to the fragrance calculator for cold process soap?: We unfortunately cannot add special ordered fragrances to our fragrance calculator. Depending on the size of your CP recipe, you would multiply total ounces by 0.06 to figure out how many ounces of fragrance to use. For example, if the total batch size is 16 oz., you would need 0.96 oz. of Dorne Fragrance Oil (16*0.06).

We don't want to break trademark rules and were curious if this was something that we were okay to use as a title for our product: You can use this name for your product. As with most of our fragrance oils, you can use the same names or rename them if you like.
