"Love the scent, but will have to use it only in hot process soaps. It accelerated so fast that the soap seized right away."

Should have listened. . . .

"I should have listened to the reviews saying soap on a stick. I knew it was going to accelerate and maybe rice but despite precautions it was too quick to even get it in the mold. I had to rebatch. Also I did not love the fragrance itself very much. Another reviewer mentioned it smelling of baby powder and I think they were right. The smell is hard to place but baby powder is part of the scent. Giving it 2 stars because I was warned, but still think it should not be listed as 'mild' acceleration, it is beyond that."

Q&A

I feel like this oil drastically changes scent after a few weeks. Is there something I am doing that causes this? I mix it with fractionated coconut oil and aromafix to create a roll-on perfume. It's fine at first but after about 6 weeks it smells like dirt. This is the only fragrance that does this.: It is hard to say why this is happening in your roll on perfume. We do not carry Aromafix so we cannot comment on this product to know if this could be the issue. It is possible that the top notes are burning off and leaving the middle and bottom notes which may make the fragrance seem like it has changed. The dark patchouli would be the bottom note and that might be what you are smelling.
