Im a newbie and a little confused. Natual Fragrance oil?... is that just a blend of essential oils?

All our Natural Fragrance Oils are certified to be free of synthetic ingredients and offer more scent stability, depth, and variety than essential oils alone.
Hi Does all these Natural Fragrance oils free from paraben ?
All Crafter's Choice fragrances (natural & synthetic) are paraben free.
I plan on using this Fragrance for a perfume oil. I wanted to make sure it would not cause any irritation in this form as some citrus essential oils can cause irritation in the sun. Thank you! BREANNA 6/13
