"This is beautiful in Cold Process."
"This is a wonderful purple for CP soap! It doesn't bleed, it doesn't fade, and gives a beautiful lavender color. Mix with a bit of ultramarine blue for a gorgeous blackberry color. It's hard to find a really true purple color for CP soap and this one is it. Just mix with a bit of water first before adding to your soap. A little goes a long way, so this jar will last a long time."
"Got amazingly beautiful results in my CP soap using the Matte Lavender Ultramarine Powder. The color didn't morph into something weird. Just a beautiful lavender color the perfect shade for my lavender scented soaps. Looking forward to playind around with it to try a few different effects."
"I received a sample of this in my recent order and I have to say that I am very pleased with this colorant. I tend to stick to natural colorants but this purple is so fun and lively. I posted a few pics of my sample soap on Facebook and all of my friends were raving about the great color."
"This made the most beautiful lavender color for my lavender scented CP soap! Was easy to mix in and didn't accelerate trace. A little goes a long way."
"I mix (3)1/4 Teaspooons into 3 capfuls of olive oil. I poured the dyed oil into 2 cups of soap at trace. Color is so beautiful! I was going to do (2) 1/4 teaspoons in 2 capfuls of olive oil for the 2 cups of soap but it was still a bit too gray for me so I did 3. Looks wonderful!"
"I like this lavender. It's a nice soft color. Be prepared to use a little more than you would of the darker colors to get it to show in your salts though. I like that better than having to be so careful with the dark colors!"
"Such a great colorant, again, you can play with concentration in your recipe for different shades. . . love the purple hue, so beautiful, I call it my ""Magic"" colorant :-)"
"Well, what can I say? I have every mica, pigment powder, and glitter that WSP sells. The sparkle ones are breath taking in the clear bases. So, I guess I can say I LOVE THIS! I finally broke down and bought the liquid glycerin (from WSP of course) and it make a world of difference. I had the problem of the micas not mixing well into the melted soap bases, but the glycerin in a life saver. Put some in a dixie cup with the mica, stir well, add it to the soap base, and, perfection!"
