"I love the feel of the bar, and the smell is WONDERFUL :) It is indeed easy quick and easy to make, and I ended up with a great product - I will do it again! My only critique is that there was not enough product to fill out the mold to the top. I filled out three cavities and realized I needed to take from them to complete the 4th. Would be useful to specify in the instructions to fill the cavity only to about 3/4."

Hi there! I am making this recipe right now. From what the picture looks like, should the second layer be made with a clear soap base rather than the white? I followed the recipe, but the second layer looks more like the 3rd layer but a bit darker. I am going to repeat step two using clear soap, will add diamond mica for the sparkle. Also, I made my own sparkle soap to keep this recipe sulfate free. Thank you for your help.: The overpour of soap is all the same clear soap. It may look like there are different layers because of the different colored chunks. It may also be the glitter sprinkled into the soap from Step 16 that makes the layer look different. Each time you make this soap, it may look different depending on the chunks placed inside. That is what makes it unique.
