if i would like to change the color of smell of the soap what ingredients can I add?: You can change out the fragrance, be sure to check the IFRA guidelines, stained glass color can be added in a small amount.

Is this for hands only? Can it be used on body too?: Hello because of the eucalyptus oil we recommend using this on hands only. Eucalyptus Oil must never be used near the eyes, inner ears, or on any other particularly sensitive areas of skin.
Is this product/recipe considered "marine safe" and biodegradable...for fisherman and camping etc.: The soap paper is considered biodegradable, but not marine safe.
Would this work without using M&P soap? (I am allergic to many of the ingredients and make my own hp and cp soaps but not homemade M&P)... I LOVE this idea though! I carry liquid or bar soap in my purse in case I need it because of the allergies this would be delightfully lighter and so much easier!: You might be able to do this with hot process soap. You will need to test this.
