I have used Wine Cellar Fragrance Oil for many years. Has the IFRA value for bar soaps recently changed? In the past I know I used more than 1.25%. It’s disappointing because I don’t think it will be strong enough to continue using.: Yes, the IFRA was recently updated with the 51st amendments to reflect the current max safe usage amount of 1.25% for Category 9 (soap & rinse-off products).
