Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
- To microwave-safe measuring cup, add 6.0 oz. of cut up Oatmeal Soap and heat in microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.
- Add 0.15 oz. Fragrance Oil and stir well.
- Pour 1/8 inch of soap into 10 soap cups. Spritz with rubbing alcohol and let harden.
- To microwave-safe measuring cup, add 27 oz. of cut up Clear Soap and heat in microwave in 30 second increments until completely melted.
- Add 0.45 oz. of Fragrance Oil and stir well.
- When melted soap has cooled to 130°F, spritz oatmeal soap in one cup with rubbing alcohol Pour a thin layer of soap into one cup.
- Immediately place one fish into melted soap towards the front of the cup. Hold the fish in place by the tail until it is able to stand alone. Spritz soap again and fill cup with soap just below the first line. (If soap is poured too high, the lid will not fit on the cup.)
- Repeat this process with all 10 soap cups.
- Repeat two more times to create 20 additional soaps, if desired.
- Once soap has hardened, place each cup into a cello bag. Tie with curling ribbon.
- Label accordingly.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD. Not for children under 3 years.
To Use: Remove soap from cup. Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
