Step 1

To measuring cup, add 16 oz No Rinse Foaming Hand Wash.

Step 2

In beaker, mix together 0.10 oz Fragrance oil and 0.40 oz FO & EO Modifier. Set aside for two (2) minutes.

Step 3

Add modified fragrance into hand wash and mix well.

Step 4

Add 3 drops of liquid color and mix.

Step 5

Fill bottles to 1.60 oz by weight and screw on foamer top.

Step 6

Label product accordingly.

To Use

To Use: Pump onto dry hands and rub into skin. No need to rinse off.
