This soap looks like it was difficult to make but is actually very easy. This is a great soap for selling at craft shows because the clamshells make for a stylish and easy packaging idea. Just put the back on, label and you are ready to sell. The use of a clamshell allows for safe shipping and eliminates labor associated with packaging.

Premium Extra Clear Melt & Pour Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

(x1) Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

Premium Ultra White Melt & Pour Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

(x1) Premium Ultra White MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

1 tray

(x1) Hairnets - 21 inch Disposable

1 pc

(x1) Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap

2 oz

(x2) Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

1 pc

(x1) Lemon Sugar* Fragrance Oil 683

2 fl oz

Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Soap Color Blocks

(x16) Plain Rectangle Clamshell with Hinged Lid

Directions

Step 1

Place clamshells on jelly roll pans for stability.

Step 2

To large mixing bowl, add White Soap that has been cut up into small chunks. Set side.

Step 3

To microwave-safe bowl, add cut up Clear Soap and yellow color block. Heat in microwave until melted.

Step 4

Mix Fragrance Oil and Stabilizer together in beaker and allow to sit for at least 2 minutes. Add to melted soap and stir.

Step 5

Pour the soap into the clamshells filling them half way full.

Step 6

Thoroughly spritz the chunks of white soap with rubbing alcohol.

Step 7

Place cubes of soap into the clamshells. Add enough cubes until the cavities are filled. Spritz with rubbing alcohol.

Step 8

Let soap completely harden and place backs on clamshells.

Step 9

Label accordingly.

To Use

To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.

1 oz. Lemon Sugar* - EO & FO Blend 683
25 oz. Premium Ultra White Melt & Pour Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
2.50 oz. Bubble Cake Hardener
3-6 Tablespoon(s) Glycerin - Natural
3 Tablespoon(s) Bubble Up
32 oz. Premium Extra Clear Melt & Pour Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
5 ml(s) Lemon, Lemon, Lemon - EO & FO Blend 205
5 ml(s) Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color
8 oz. Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
8 oz. Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate Coarse SLSa

Equipment From Home

1 Microwave
1 Microwave Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz)
1 Mixing Bowl (32 oz.)
1 Soap Cutter
1 Cutting Mat
2 Jelly Roll Pans
1 Spatula
1 Spray Bottle with Rubbing Alcohol-91%
Scale - Digital Display

Directions

Place clamshells on jelly roll pans for stability.
